- "Platform," "Payzy Platform," or "Payzy" refers to the Payzy mobile application, website and any associated products, APIs, software, or services offered to facilitate User engagement.
- "PSP" stands for a payment services provider or financial institution authorized to offer online and point-of-sale payment processing solutions.
- "Services" include but are not limited to payment collection from Users, transaction record management, invoice generation and facilitating communication between Institutions and Parents.
This policy applies to users who interact with Payzy's services, including our website, mobile applications and related platforms (collectively, the "Platform"). By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure and protection of your personal information as described herein.
Engaging with the Platform or using its Services constitutes an acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms. If a User is acting on behalf of another entity, they confirm they have the authority to represent and bind that entity to this Agreement.
These Terms, along with the Policies, constitute a legally binding agreement between Users and Payzy. To access the Services, Users must agree to these Terms. Agreement can be established through:
- Selecting the "accept" or "agree" option when prompted within the Platform.
- Continuing to use the Services, which is understood as an implicit acceptance of the Terms.
Payzy is committed to enhancing user experience and may update these Terms periodically. Any modifications become effective immediately upon being posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform signifies agreement with the updated Terms. Users are responsible for staying informed of any changes.
Only approved Institutions and Users who can legally enter into contracts under applicable law may access the Services. Users must comply with governing laws while using the Platform. Payzy reserves the right to deny Services at its discretion.

Payzy itself is not a payment gateway but partners with PSPs to facilitate payment transactions. Institutions are required to enter independent agreements with PSPs for transaction processing. Sensitive payment details are exclusively handled by PSPs in accordance with regulatory compliance standards and Payzy does not store such information.
For issues related to transaction processing, including disputes, chargebacks, or refunds, Users must directly contact the Institution or the PSP. Payzy is not responsible for resolving such disputes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Despite our best efforts, no online system is completely secure and we encourage users to take personal precautions in protecting their information.
